FAQ

When will my order ship?

For ready-to-ship items, your order will be in the mail within 3-5 business days! Some items in my shop are available for custom orders. If you are placing a custom order, please give me 5-7 business days.

Once your order is ready to go, you will get an email including your USPS tracking number.

When will my order get here?

For U.S. orders, I use USPS Ground Advantage (First Class Mail), which will be delivered in an estimated 2-5 business days. You can also upgrade to Priority Mail, which will be delivered in an estimated 1-3 business days.

For international orders, I use USPS First Class Package International Service, which typically takes between 7-21 business days. If you are placing an international order and would like to expedite your shipping, just let me know before placing your order!

I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on USPS. If you believe your order may be lost in the mail, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’m happy to help track it down!

Do you accept returns?

I do accept returns if you contact me within 14 days of delivery. Once we have agreed on a return, your item must be delivered back to me safe and sound within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, and I do not offer exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order!

Will my copper ring or necklace turn my skin green?

Over time, copper naturally loses its bright shine and darkens, or oxidizes. Copper can cause your skin to turn green when it is in contact with sweat or oils, but it also depends on each person’s pH level in their skin. Have no fear! Simply keep your copper clean and dry as much as possible, maybe occasionally cleaning it with a soft cloth. It is possible to seal your copper to keep its color, and my sealant of choice is Protectaclear, which you can find at your local home improvement store. Most of my pieces are left unsealed, but I can coat your order in Protectaclear upon request. Please be aware this sealant will fade off over time, but it can be easily reapplied!

What will my order look like?

Each order will come packaged in a layer of bubble wrap in a small bubble mailer. When you order an unsealed copper piece, I will also include a polishing pad if you ever decide you want to shine it up like a new penny :) I can also include a small gift bag and any gift message upon request!

I found a ring I love, but it’s not in my size. What do I do?

Most of my pieces are made with a narrow, dainty band which allows it to fit more comfortably on more fingers! Depending on the ring, the ones available ready-to-ship may fit up to half a size smaller or larger than the indicated size. If you have questions about a particular item in my shop, feel free to ask me! Some pieces are also available for custom orders. This is indicated in each item description. If you need a design in a different size, reach out and I’m happy to set up a custom order!

Please note! Each item is handmade, which means no two pieces will look exactly alike! In addition, many of my stones are in their raw form and the process of electroforming creates a unique design on each item. If you need a custom order, I will do my best to replicate a previous design, but please understand each piece is truly one of a kind!
